Minibus Appeal 2024

Help us purchase a new minibus to transport students safely to educational trips, sports events, and community activities throughout the region. Our current minibus is 15 years old and requires frequent repairs, making it unreliable for student transport.

About This Project

Our school minibus is an essential part of our educational provision, enabling students to participate in:

• Educational visits to museums, galleries, and historical sites

• Sports competitions and tournaments across the region

• Community service projects and volunteering opportunities

• Field trips that enhance classroom learning

• Cultural events and performances

The current minibus, purchased in 2009, has served us well but is now showing its age. Recent mechanical issues have resulted in cancelled trips and disappointed students. We need a reliable, safe vehicle that can serve our school community for years to come.

The new minibus will:

• Accommodate 16 passengers plus driver

• Meet all current safety standards

• Be wheelchair accessible

• Have modern safety features including reversing cameras and GPS tracking

• Provide comfortable seating for longer journeys
